Before you submit
Provide the case number and your role. A clerk must verify your identity and authority before granting access. Submitting this request does not automatically add you to a case, extend a deadline or serve another party.

- Your role and representation
- Response or filing you wish to submit
- Known hearing or response date
What happens next
- Prepare the references and facts relevant to your request.
- Submit through your verified account and follow the private request thread.
- Act only on confirmed instructions or an issued order.
Review and access

The clerk will review the request and ask for any further information. No deadline is extended by submitting a portal request.
