Records, copies & access
Request specific docket material, certified copies or courthouse-only access.
Before you submit
State the case number, particular entries or document dates, and whether certification is required. Public indexes are not the complete evidentiary file. Sealed/confidential records, protected identifiers and unfiled discovery may be withheld or require a judicial access order. A party or witness role does not itself unlock every sealed filing. Some records are available only by an approved courthouse appointment.
Have these details ready
- Case number / parties, if known
- Specific entries, dates and copies required
- Ordinary or certified copy
- Your access authority / relationship to the case
What happens next
- Prepare the references and facts relevant to your request.
- Submit through your verified account and follow the private request thread.
- Act only on confirmed instructions or an issued order.
Confidential, sealed, privileged and protected information may be withheld or redacted. A request does not override an access restriction.
The clerk will review the request and ask for any further information. No deadline is extended by submitting a portal request.
